THE ROLE – SEN Teaching Assistant

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children with additional needs, including Autism,ADHD and SEMH. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies and provide targeted support. Your role will involve one-to-one support, small group interventions, and helping pupils build confidence and independence in their learning journey.Having experience with phonics,sensory play and intervenbtions is highly desirable.
