Team Manager - SEND Assessment & Case Coordination

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? Do you have the leadership skills to guide a dedicated team and ensure the best possible outcomes for families?

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead our Assessment and Case Coordination team in a Central London Local Authority, under the guidance of our SEN Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a small team of Assessment and Case Coordinators, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Ensure we meet our statutory responsibilities in line with the Children and Families Act 2014.
  • Work closely with the SEN Manager and Head of Service, taking on additional responsibilities to develop and improve SEND services.
