Managing a team of 4 in a remote first setting, this will be a positive challenge for someone committed to nurturing more junior individuals and the hunger to grow with the company.What you'll need to succeed
- Chartered Accounting Qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACA/CAANZ/CA) or equivalent
- Experience with fast-paced business environments
- Team management and development knowledge
- Exit experience
- Fundraising experience within a growing business is beneficial.
