- Build strong relationships with venues, suppliers, and contractors to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Line-manage the Philanthropy Administrator, ensuring the smooth handling of processes, including thanking and banking.
- Lead on administrative improvements to support efficient donor engagement.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of donor interactions and stewardship activities in the CRM system.
- Regularly produce KPI reports to track income, engagement, and donor journeys.
- Collaborate with the Philanthropy Team to develop strategies that engage new donors and retain existing supporters.
- Design bespoke donor journeys tailored to their interests and giving capacity, ensuring a personalised and meaningful experience.

- Demonstrable success in managing donor relationships and delivering bespoke events.
- Proven experience in team leadership or management.
- Previous experience in a philanthropic or fundraising environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
