- Manage transactional sourcing activities, primarily focusing on IT products and services.
- Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and supplier terms.
- Evaluate supplier performance using criteria such as price, quality, delivery, and service.
- Foster and manage supplier relationships.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as directed by the Head of Procurement.
- Collect and analyse procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor procurement metrics.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Identify gaps in procurement processes and recommend improvements.
- Support the implementation of procurement best practices and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., ISO9001/ISO27001, CSR, and audit requirements).
- Serve as a primary contact for procurement-related inquiries at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with procurement systems, ERP/Service Desk tools, and analytics software (e.g., Excel or Power BI).
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role is advantageous.
