Our client is a leading London-based creative agency with over 20 years experience working on international entertainment campaigns. They work with some of the biggest names in the film industry, delivering exceptional creative solutions across print and digital media.
To support their continued success, they are seeking a Mid-Weight Motion Designer to join their digital team. This role would be assisting the digital team in producing and delivering highly accurate finished materials, allowing the team to work around the clock.
Key Responsibilities
- Reformat and adapt localised digital out-of-home animations and living one-sheets for various campaigns.
- Repurpose trailers, TV spots, and digital footage into multiple compositions and formats.
- Work extensively with Cinema 4D and After Effects, ensuring top-quality motion design outputs.
- Create and optimise 3D typography, including extrusion and lofting curves.
- Apply advanced lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques using Redshift and Arnold render engines.
- Deliver high-resolution renders that align with creative director expectations and client briefs.
- Utilise and manage different After Effects plugins such as Red Giant (Particular, Form, Universe), Boris FX, and Video Co-pilot (Element 3D, Optical Flares).
- Source and manage creative assets from external repositories, ensuring all materials meet bespoke client specifications.

Ideal Candidate
- Expert in Motion Design & 3D: Strong understanding of Cinema 4D and extensive experience using Redshift and Arnold render engines.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to precisely recreate typography from reference files using Illustrator/vector tools.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of video outputs and technical requirements for different screen formats.
- Problem Solver: A strong visual problem solver with the ability to optimise renders and manage files efficiently.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in After Effects, Adobe Suite, and Adobe Premiere Pro (bonus).
- Deadline-Oriented: Comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
