We are looking for an experienced P402 Asbestos Surveyor to join our growing team in London. If you are an asbestos professional with a passion for quality and safety, this could be the ideal role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct asbestos surveys in line with HSG264 standards on commercial and residential properties.
- Carry out management and refurbishment/demolition surveys.
- Produce accurate reports and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Advise clients on asbestos management and provide recommendations based on findings.
Requirements:
- P402 qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Experience in conducting asbestos surveys in both commercial and residential properties.
- Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
- Full UK driving license.
