Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a National Housing Association who are looking to recruit a permanent Property Surveyor to cover their North West London patch. This role offers up to £47,000 - £56,000 per annum including car allowance.

Property Surveyor – Housing Association – About The Role:

  • Responsible for leading and managing delivery of property investment, service & inspection and repairs services to parts of the property portfolio

  • Ensure timely delivery of services, ensure all properties are kept in a good condition within property strategy targets

  • Ensure compliance with commercial and contract management arrangements, ensuring the contractual obligations are met

  • Manage project performance and working with the quantity surveying team ensure robust financial forecasting, processing of valuations and contract instructions

Property Surveyor – Housing Association – What You Need:

  • 3+ years experience of managing property activities in housing

  • Experience working within social housing maintenance and planned investment sector
