Your new companyI am currently working with a client who are looking for a Regional Estate Surveyor to manage their retail portfolio across the South Region of London. The role is searching for someone with a can do attitude who will be self-organised and with a proactive approach!Your new role

Negotiation rent reviews & submitting written representations to Arbitrator/Expert
Negotiation and overseeing all lease renewals including basic lease terms and submission of expert witness reports as and when required
Arranging disposals of vacant and part vacant units and negotiating subtenant lease renewals and rent reviews
Working alongside the development team to secure at risk licences and to grow the estate through the acquisition of new property
Negotiation of dilapidation/repair schedules and management of outsourced external advisors when appropriate
Negotiation of surrenders, lease extensions and Deeds of Variation
Review and challenge of service charges and insurance costs were higher than anticipated
Negotiating and agreeing licences, including licences for alterations and satellite dishes
Ensuring compliance of lease covenants including all landlord and tenant issues and successfully resolving property related disputes.

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS - Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
Degree in Real Estate
Proficient in Lnadlord and Tenant acts
Property Management experience and legal understanding

What you'll get in return
