- 5-10 years in a similar role
- Undergraduate degree in environmental, biological, biophysical, or social sciences (post-graduate degree preferred but not essential)
- Comfortable with client-facing roles and liaising on technical and project requirements
- Biodiversity management, action plans, monitoring services, Critical Habitat Assessments, and biodiversity mitigation measure development
- ESIA and ESDD studies, including developing project reports
- Experience with IFC Performance Standards and the Equator Principles
- Applying these standards for ESIA/ESDD and/or biodiversity projects
- Supporting corporates in developing biodiversity/nature-positive strategies
- Working under international and local guidelines/legislation
- Working with other consultants and associates, including support to junior consultants
- Coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure report requirements are met
- Managing project budgets and schedules
- Organizing stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops
- Representing the firm at meetings with clients, lenders, and stakeholders
