We have a current opportunity for a Assistant Director - Customer Services, Digital & Data on a contract basis. The position will be based in London.
This exceptional role is available for an experienced strategic manager to be responsible for leading and steering on strategic decision making, leading on digital product and delivery functions. You will be accountable for the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of modern digital serivces that support a high quality customer experience, enable efficient, joined up service delivery that supports the organisations strategic move to modern, cloud-based digital services. You will be expert at leading all aspects of customer services delivery and using your experience to inform future decisions about service delivery and strategic direction.
You will have very strong skills and experience within a local goverment/public sector organisation, and be interested and experienced in planning, developing and delivering information systems, services, products and service change.
The role will involve some real risk identification, and assessment, and you will be experienced in managing agreed actions and monitoring risk on an ongoing basis.
The role is a hybrid role, which may involve working some out of office normal hours to be agreed. It's a 6-7 month contract role, to be paid on an exceptional daily rate basis.
