Overview
We’re hiring a contract technical project manager to lead the delivery of a new WhatsApp chatbot built for one of our trusted clients. This is a short-term, full-time contract designed to cover onboarding, QA, and rollout—and there’s scope to extend.
You’ll be working remotely with established internal teams across development, compliance, and UX. If you’ve managed similar chatbot or messaging platform projects and enjoy owning delivery across multiple functions, this is a strong fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running the project end-to-end—from early scope to go-live
- Coordinating dev teams, QA, and release management
- Working closely with product managers, UX designers, technical teams and business stakeholders
- Managing budgets, schedules, risk, and delivery quality
- Producing structured, user-friendly technical documentation
- Maintaining GDPR and security compliance throughout
- Supporting a fast-paced Agile delivery environment (no certification needed)
- Communicating updates with clarity and precision
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong technical background in software development and web technologies
- Experience leading product development from concept to deployment
- Hands-on knowledge of QA and release processes
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups
- Familiarity with military or defence-sector projects
- Solid understanding of security and GDPR standards
- Able to start immediately and commit to full-time delivery over 20 working days
