AsProgram and Partnerships Manager, you will play a vital role in leading engagement with our community, and driving awareness of KEFs brand & marketing programs and content initiatives. You will enjoybuilding and maintaining close relationships with our community of fans and collaborators through day-to-day community management and contributing to the on-going content strategy for our channels.

You will havesolid hands-on experience in community engagement and driving online dialogue with an interest in music, arts and culture, and gaming.Exposure to event planning and client relationship management is a plus.

This role is based in our London office near Oxford Circus

Key responsibilities include:

Program Management

  • Strategise, implement and maintain Global Program initiatives in the Europe region and ensure alignment to Global Marketing objectives and calendar, including but not limited to product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Lead on the execution of Global programs that take place in KEF Music Gallery London and other locations in Europe.
  • Work with the Global Analytics team to set up and track KPIs for Global and Europe programs.
  • Work closely with the Europe Regional Marketing team to curate a Program strategy for KEF Music Gallery London, ensuring this follows the Global Program Strategy and Framework.
  • Be the key contact between Global and Europe marketing teams for KEF Music Gallery programs - coordinating and project managing online and offline elements of the campaigns
  • Lead on agency, artist and legal relationship management on a Global and local (Europe) level
  • Support Europe marketing teams with the communication plan for local programs
  • Guide Europe marketing teams on curating the Europe Program Strategy and Calendar
  • At times, support the Global Program initiatives in KEF Music Gallery London if required


Partnerships Management

  • Help bring in new leads for holistic partnership initiatives that encompass online and offline campaigns for KEF owned touchpoints (kef.com, myKEF and KEF Music Gallery London)
  • Guide regional sales and marketing teams to bring partnership leads according to the global partnership scoring scale
  • Guide the regional European marketing teams in drafting campaign briefs for partnership initiatives that include both online and offline customer journeys
  • Review and guide regional marketing teams campaign briefs to ensure alignment with global program and partnership framework
You will have:
  • Strong community building and partnership management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, effective stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with digital and in-person event planning is a plus
  • Experience working in an international / regional context is a plus
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, highly self-motivated, and organised
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in other European languages is a bonus (French, German, Spanish, Dutch)
  • Passionate about music, entertainment and gadgets
  • Training in audio products, acoustics, and brand knowledge is expected
  • Experience working with project management tools such as asana, monday.com is a plus
