We are seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Electrical Installation and Maintenance for our clients Apprenticeship team. This role involves teaching Level 3 City and Guilds 5357 - Installation and Maintenance Electrical Apprenticeship. The successful candidate will deliver both theoretical and practical lessons, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for our apprentices.

Day-to-day of the role of an Electrical Installation Lecturer:

Deliver engaging and informative lessons in Electrical Installation and Maintenance to apprentices.
Prepare lesson plans and materials based on the curriculum.
Assess and evaluate apprentices' progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate records of apprentices' attendance, progress, and assessments.
Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the curriculum and learning resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications needed for the Electrical Installation Lecturer position:

Qualified to at least Level 3 in Electrical Installation and Maintenance or a related subject area.
Hold a full teaching qualification, such as PGCE, Cert Ed, or DTLLS.
GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above, or Functional Skills Qualification in English and Maths at Level 2.
Desirable: Hold an AM2 qualification.
Experience in teaching and mentoring apprentices or students in a related field.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
