Day-to-day of the role:

Develop and deliver high-quality, learner-focused education in English to meet contractual requirements and standards.
Ensure teaching strategies and resources meet the diverse needs of learners.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners to maximise their progress and attainment.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of learner progress and achievement.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning environment and educational experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Full teaching qualification (Minimum of CTLLS) or PGCE.
Experience in teaching whether in primary education or adult learning.
A genuine interest in the rehabilitation and resettlement of offenders.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
