As we navigate this change, we are seeking an exceptional HR leader to shape and drive our people strategy. 

About You: 

You are a strategic yet hands-on HR professional with a track record of leading organisational change in small, dynamic environments. You thrive in complex and evolving settings, bringing a proactive and adaptable approach. You are confident in both the detail of HR operations and the bigger strategic picture, balancing compliance, employee engagement, and cultural transformation. Politically astute and solutions-focused, you are comfortable making difficult decisions while fostering a positive and inclusive working environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the transformation of Metanoia’s HR function, ensuring policies, structures, and processes support long-term goals. 
  • Advise the CEO and senior leadership on all aspects of people strategy, change management, and workforce planning. 
  • Shape the organisation’s culture, embedding values that promote engagement, inclusion, and high performance. 
  • Oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and compliance. 
  • Manage organisational change, ensuring smooth transitions and best practice during structural shifts. 
  • Develop and implement data-driven HR strategies to improve decision-making and employee experience.
