Laser Machine Operator / Setter Required!
BE Recruitment are recruiting a laser machine setter / operator for a sheet metal engineering company based in East Goscote, Leicester (LE7).
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00. (Rotational). - Potential for Set PM shift if preferred.
- Overtime Available at weekends @ 1.5x Pay.
Pay: 14 - 16 per hour.
Temp to Perm!

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate laser machine efficiently and safely.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to accurately produce parts.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Production folding in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a laser machine setter.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
