Shift: 4pm to 2 am Mon to Thu

The MIG Welder/Fabricator Role:

  • MIG welding mild steel.
  • Fabricating parts.
  • Quality checking own work.

The Candidate

  • 1+ years' experience as a Welder
  • Read blueprints and drawings and taking measurements to plan layout and procedures
  • Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
  • Set up components for welding according to specifications knowledge of using measuring equipment to quality check work.
  • Fettling and grinding sheet metal work.
  • Quality check finished products.
  • Record and report any issues.
  • Manual handling of different tools to complete the job to the highest standards set.
