The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to support our team in sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality education professionals, including teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in helping schools find the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source, attract, and register high-quality candidates for a variety of roles within the education sector.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Advertise job vacancies on relevant platforms and social media.
  • Manage compliance checks, including right-to-work documentation, DBS applications, and reference checks.
  • Work closely with recruitment consultants to match candidates with suitable roles.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate records.
  • Provide ongoing support to candidates, including interview preparation and placement follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a similar role (preferred but not essential) or experience in the education sector previously would be useful.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and target-driven mindset.
  • Good administrative and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the education sector or recruitment industry is an advantage.
