A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a fast paced, growing start-up App which is helping thousands in the UK save money every day. We are recruiting for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as a Client Onboarding Assistant.
Main Purpose of the Role
To assist the Client Onboarding Manager with the onboarding of businesses to sell their products via the JamDoughnut app using The Shop platform. To maintain and develop strong relationships to produce key deliverables.
Key Deliverables
Duties to include, but are not limited to:
Supporting with the end-to-end onboarding process for third parties to sell their products via the JamDoughnut App. Proactively reaching out to third parties, explaining the benefits of selling their own products via the JamDoughnut app.
Helping to maintain strong direct relationships with third parties to grow the sales channel.
Assisting with updates to the Shop platform for new released products, prices and descriptions.
Assisting with packaging in house products and shipping orders.
Maintaining updated shipping inventories.
Responding to client enquiries.
Assisting with presenting regular updates and reports on onboarding progress and key performance information regarding the Shop.

Have working experience in a sales capacity in a fast-paced and highly competitive business environment.
