Role - M&E Operations Manager (mobile)
Salary - 70,000 - 80,000
Location - Loughton, Essex

Our staff have over 35 years' experience and are here to provide a unique design, installation and maintenance packages to commercial, retail, public, private and sports sectors.
They currently have an opportunity for a mobile operations manager, reporting to the director based in their Loughton offices.
Duties:
- Liaising direct with site teams from small projects with a lead engineer to larger projects with site based pm
- Managing progress against programme, drawings and specification
- Ensuring sufficient labour and materials are organised to enable efficient project completion
- Preparing weekly progress reports
- Arranging labour on 2 week look ahead programs
- Ensuring site processes such as CVI/RFI/Signing in/Daily Diaries are being completed
Essential Requirements:
- Preferably completed a trade apprenticeship.
- Able to work to the highest possible standards.
- Computer literate, particularly excel and word
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working on project values from 20k to 3m
- Experience of working on multiple projects
- Preferably at least 5 years working experience.
