  • Service and repair new and existing equipment, primarily at the Lowestoft site, with occasional travel requirements both within the UK and overseas.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, including bills of materials, in line with company procedures.
  • Work closely with sales, design, and production teams to develop and enhance products.
  • Diagnose faults down to component level, provide design input, and identify product improvements.
  • Deliver commissioning, training, and high-level technical support both on-site and remotely.
 What You Need:
  • Strong analogue and digital fault-finding skills.
  • Experience with microcontroller programming and communication protocols.
  • Willingness to travel internationally at short notice and work independently.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • A valid UK driving licence and passport.
