- Service and repair new and existing equipment, primarily at the Lowestoft site, with occasional travel requirements both within the UK and overseas.
- Ensure accurate documentation, including bills of materials, in line with company procedures.
- Work closely with sales, design, and production teams to develop and enhance products.
- Diagnose faults down to component level, provide design input, and identify product improvements.
- Deliver commissioning, training, and high-level technical support both on-site and remotely.
- Strong analogue and digital fault-finding skills.
- Experience with microcontroller programming and communication protocols.
- Willingness to travel internationally at short notice and work independently.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- A valid UK driving licence and passport.
