What You'll Be Doing
Market Research & Trend Analysis
- You'll help gather and analyse information on competitors, pricing, and consumer trends.
- Your insights will be crucial in shaping the lighting category strategy.
Product Development & Range Support
- Collaborate with a talented team to bring new lighting products to market.
- Assist in managing existing product ranges to ensure they remain competitive and innovative.
Marketing & Promotional Activity
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and promotions that boost retail sales.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide insights and materials that support retail customer growth.
Cross-Brand Collaboration
- Gain exposure to various brands and see how product categories align across retail channels.
- Work across departments including sales, marketing, product development, operations, and suppliers from the Far East.
Sales Performance Monitoring
- Use sales data to track product and category performance.
- Present your findings and recommend ways to improve products, pricing, or positioning.
What We're Looking For
Recent Graduate
- A degree in Business, Product Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- More than your qualification, we value your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and positive attitude.
Product Passion & Customer Focus
- You're naturally curious about how products work and how they solve real customer needs.
- You enjoy working as part of a team to deliver effective solutions.
Organised & Analytical
- Detail-oriented and methodical, with strong Excel skills.
- Comfortable managing data and supporting decision-making through structured analysis.
Great Communicator
- Confident presenting your ideas, both in writing and in person.
- Comfortable engaging with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
Full UK Driving Licence
- Required for occasional retail customer visits.
