We are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Support classroom activities and help create a positive learning environment.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Collaborate with the SEN team to develop effective strategies for student support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working with children with SEN is preferred.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting students with diverse needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support is an advantage.
