They are looking for an experience Air Tightness and Acoustic Consultant to join their growing team in Luton! This company are UKAS-accredited specialising in compliance with Building Regulations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant Air Tightness qualification.
• Relevant Acoustic qualification.
• Working knowledge of test regulations and guidelines
• Commercial awareness of Building Regulation and Construction Industry.
• Good numeracy skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Up to date knowledge of IT software packages.
• Driving license.

Role responsibilities:

• Liaising with on-site contacts.
• Planning and designing test methodologies.
• Setting up test equipment.
• Collating and analysing data during testing.
• Writing reports.
• Providing remedial guidance when tests fail.
