Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and building regulations.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in the housing or property management sector.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, health & safety compliance, and property regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to drive performance.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities, ensuring a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
- Ability to work with external contractors and manage supplier relationships effectively.
- A relevant qualification in building maintenance, construction, or engineering is desirable (e.g., NEBOSH, City & Guilds).
