Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:


  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in the housing or property management sector.
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance, health & safety compliance, and property regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to drive performance.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities, ensuring a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
  • Ability to work with external contractors and manage supplier relationships effectively.
  • A relevant qualification in building maintenance, construction, or engineering is desirable (e.g., NEBOSH, City & Guilds).
