Role: 2 x Warehouse Shift Operations Managers (AM & PM)
Client: Leading 3PL Provider.
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 + 15% Bonus & Package.
Role Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth (LE17)

The Company:
Loom Talent Limited have been exclusively appointed by a well-known, 3PL business in their search for 2 key operational roles working from the Lutterworth DC.
Our client operates in the 3PL space for multiple prestigious brands across the Retail, E-Commerce & Wholesale sectors, and they are committed to maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- People-Centric Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team to reach their full potential. Your focus on the well-being and development of your staff will be the cornerstone of success whilst having a continuous improvement mindset.
- Health & Safety: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety awareness throughout the warehouse and distribution arm of the business.
- Performance Metrics: Continue to evolve the organisational approach to KPI's, whilst ensuring existing and new site standardisation.
- WMS & ERP Expertise: Utilise your experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Business Systems to drive operational efficiency. Familiarity with WMS & ERP implementations is a definite plus.
- Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the seamless flow of goods from the warehouse to the end customer.
The Candidate:
The successful candidates for the 2 x Warehouse Shift Operations Managers (AM & PM) positions will have the following skills and experiences;
- Have a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background - Essential.
- Have a minimum of 3+ years' experience at a Warehouse Shift Manager /Warehouse Shift Operations Manager / Warehouse Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager level - Essential.
- Have managed teams beyond 50-100+ employees through direct managerial reports - Essential.
- A working knowledge of WMS / ERP systems - Essential.
- An awareness of Automation & Robotics - Advantageous but not essential.
- Exceptional people management and leadership skills - Essential.
- An understanding of Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement Methodology - Advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Essential.
- Commutable to Lutterworth, Magna Park for 5 days per week - Essential.
The Salary & Benefits:
- Salary - £45,000 to £55,000 (Dependant on experience).
