Reporting to the Business Owner and working as part of our client's sales team, your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting customers via pre-arranged appointments.
- Upselling products/services.
- Offering technical support to customers.
- Processing warranty claims.
- Manage customer complaints.
- Assisting the sales team to ensure the smooth running of the business.
You will also need to have agood practical understanding of automotive vehicles and any previous experience working in the motor industry in a customer service/sales-orientated role would be highly desirable.
