Are you a 3rd Line Support Engineer with experience solving IT and technical issues? Do you have experience working with SIP-based communication systems?

In this role you will showcase strong 3rd line support skills showing hands on knowledge with SIP - based systems in telecommunication environments. Whilst working on and managing Linux and Windows servers, as well as AWS you will also prove you ability with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with confident skills and knowledge in SIP systems, networking technology, Linux, Windows and AWS. You will need to be good at liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders and have good problem solving skills. You will need to also be happy with full office based working.

The Role:
- Demonstrate strong 3rd line support skills with hands-on experience in SIP-based systems within telecommunications environments.
- Manage and work on Linux and Windows servers, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Showcase proficiency in AWS cloud services for infrastructure management.
- Exhibit expertise in networking protocols and configurations, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls.
