Hays Construction & Property are delighted to be working with this award-winning Contractor in recruiting for a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join the team
Based in Cheshire, this is a fantastic opportunity to join this National Contractor to undertake QA Management on sites across the UKYour key duties and responsibilities will be primarily to drive QA and standards across their construction projects, and ensure, in collaboration with the site teams, projects are built to specYou'll be supporting the project teams with guidance, quality control and the processes required to maximise standards and qualityYou'll drive and implement QA for all construction projects, and carry out regular site inspections and audits to ensure projects are adhering to specifications.You'll maintain compliance documentation and health & safety protocols, including inspection reports, quality processes and site based workmanshipYou'll have a strong background in driving the highest standards of construction processes and quality management.You must be able to build rapport with site project teams, so you must be a strong communicator, have excellent leadership skills and be successful at driving quality strategies with construction teamsYou must have a construction-based qualification, have exceptional experience working for Main Contractors on sites in excess of £5-£10 million and have an indepth knowledge of QA, QC and the construction processA certificate in Quality Management would be advantageous, but not essentialWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
