The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, focusing on order processing alongside general administration and day to day financial tasks.
This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
THE ROLE:
- Check stock and order in parts for assembly
- Confirm timelines and delivery dates and update stock control system.
- Keep customer updating throughout the process.
- Prepare customer invoices as required following shipment or in liaison with other members of the team.
- Monitor annual payments and issue reminders to clients
- Assist as needed with bill and payment entries
- Assist as needed with credit control
- Order office supplies as required.
- Recent administration experience
- Understanding of accounts, bookkeeping and VAT
- Organised and able to prioritise
- Self motivated
- Keen eye for detail
- 25,000 - 30,000, dependent on experience
- Up to 25 days holiday+ public holidays
