We are currently seeking a Purchase Sales Ledger Assistant to start immediately on a temporary basis to mid December to help a friendly and welcoming accounts team near Falmouth.
You will be responsible for:
- To work with PL to assist with invoice entry and GRN matching.
- Control and reconciliation of the purchase ledger, including accounts payable entries, authorisations, coding and filing
- Assisting with reconciliation of accounts
- Liaise with the Operations team as needed
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Reconciling supplier statements and following up on queries with suppliers
Full Time Hrs are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
13.00 - 14.00 per hour
