- Providing commercial analysis to the MD and Group to support strategic decisions
- Acting as true business partner to operations to drive growth and profitibilityÂ
- Being on the 'shop floor' close to production to improve efficiences
- Supporting company financial model and 5 year plan
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Presenting financial results to the wider business and stakeholders
- Developing the monthly board pack including variance analysis
- Strong market awareness to recognise external business opportunities
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience within manufacturing is a must
- Excellent people skills
- Strong business partnering skills
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
