Certain Advantage is hiring for a Telemarketing Executive based in Macclesfield.

This role is on a permanent basis and is hybrid.

The Company

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our team in Macclesfield. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are target-driven and money motivated, with a keen desire to build a rewarding career in sales. You will be responsible for making outbound B2B calls, focusing primarily on cold calling (70% of the role), to generate leads and secure appointments on behalf of our diverse portfolio of blue-chip clients.

23,000 - 25,000 base with OTE up to 7,000
Working Hours: Hybrid Role: Office Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (Friday: 8:30am - 1:00pm) Remote Days: Monday and Thursday. Standard Office Hours (when in-office): 8:30am - 5:30pm (except Friday as noted)

The Role:

  • Outbound Calling & Lead Generation: Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to prospective clients. Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities and secure appointments.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients on behalf of various blue-chip brands, adapting your approach to align with each client's unique value proposition. Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style to build relationships and promote client offerings.
  • Appointment Setting: Generate appointments for the sales team, ensuring all leads are accurately recorded and followed up. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets.
  • Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments using the company's CRM system. Provide regular updates and reports on performance metrics.
  • Training & Continuous Improvement: Participate actively in comprehensive training programs. Seek feedback and continuously work on improving call techniques and sales strategies.
