- Provide expert Employee Relations (ER) advice to line managers and employees, ensuring a consistent and fair approach to HR issues.
- Manage complex ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management, escalating when necessary.
- Lead or support key HR initiatives, including diversity and inclusion programs, policy updates, and organizational change projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering guidance on HR best practices, compliance, and employment law.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development, Recruitment, and Payroll teams to achieve the wider People Vision.
- Manage TUPE processes, redundancy consultations, and other HR projects as required.
- A background in HR with demonstrable ER experience.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive problem-solver who is adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
