Job Title: Administrator

Salary: 28k - 32k 7:30 - 17:00

Hours: Monday to Friday

Location: Office based - Maidenhead

Please note: The office is difficult to access via public transport, having your own vehicle would be highly advantageous

Role Responsibilities:

  • Being the first contact to support customers with technical issues and complaints
  • Responsible for producing reports
  • Building relationships with drivers ensuring they are well looked after
  • Computer literacy in the comprehensive use of Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Data input on the internal fleet management software, for which training will be given
  • Updating and maintaining records for training and inductions
  • Monitoring payroll, invoices and absence records
  • Taking minutes and general administrative duties
  • Supporting Transport coordinators, managing some driver queries and licence checks
  • Ad hoc duties within the Transport team

Desirable:

  • Attention to detail - experience in working with compliance or legislation
  • Previous experience in a busy Logistics, Transport environment or previous experience in working with drivers
  • Experience in processing invoices and maintaining absence records
  • Good geographic knowledge or scheduling/ route planning experience
  • Ability to manage your own time and to use your initiative
  • Flexible nature and strong work ethic
