Description
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- High volume transactional invoicing - purchase and sales invoicing
- Processing expenses claims
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Assisting with budget preparation and control
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
- Providing administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department
- Compliance with all company policies and regulations
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A strong academic background with a focus on Accounting & Finance
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work well in a team and to communicate effectively
