Lovely role based in West Kent offering 3 days working from home for an experienced Accounts Payable professional, studying towards the AAT qualification. You will need to be a car driver due to the rural location in the beautiful Kent countryside. Reporting to the Finance Manager working in a small dedicated team.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Role:-
- Sole charge responsibility for the full purchase ledger function
- Recording staff expenses and reconciling company credit cards
- Journals including accruals and prepayments
- Prepare the monthly BACS payment run
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries and request copy invoices
Requirements of the Accounts Payable Role:-
- Strong background in transactional accounts
- Minimum of 3 years experience in purchase ledger
- Good systems skills
- First rate attention to detail
