Description
- Providing detailed cost estimates for property construction projects.
- Managing Tenders upto £20 million
- Evaluating tender documentation to ensure all bids are accurate and competitive.
- Working closely with the construction team to develop and implement project strategies.
- Managing and mitigating risks associated with project costs.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of estimating procedures and practices.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.
Profile
A successful Senior Estimator should have:
- A solid background in construction or property industry.
- Proven experience in estimating or a similar role.
