Description

  • Providing detailed cost estimates for property construction projects.
  • Managing Tenders upto £20 million
  • Evaluating tender documentation to ensure all bids are accurate and competitive.
  • Working closely with the construction team to develop and implement project strategies.
  • Managing and mitigating risks associated with project costs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of estimating procedures and practices.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.

Profile

A successful Senior Estimator should have:
