Customer Service ExecutiveDay-to-day of the role:- Evaluate and manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate solutions and follow up on issues with customers, maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between customers and the company.
- Implement changes to improve the customer service process when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Multilingual capabilities are highly advantageous.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to customer service excellence.
- Available to start immediately and fully commit to an office-based position.
