Reed Business Support are currently supporting our client in Maidstone who is seeking a temporary Customer Service Executive with multilingual capabilities for a permanent role.

Customer Service ExecutiveDay-to-day of the role:
  • Evaluate and manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate solutions and follow up on issues with customers, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication between customers and the company.
  • Implement changes to improve the customer service process when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Customer Service Executive Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Multilingual capabilities are highly advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
