Our client, a unique financial services organisation, are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing Corporate and Private Client team.

As a Customer Service Representative within the Corporate and Private Client team you will work closely with a team of Account Managers, managing portfolios of High-Net-Worth and Corporate clients. A typical day will see you:

  • Managing client email and telephone queries
  • Building relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Processing payments and donations
  • Verifying the purpose of donations
  • Updating information on the company's CRM

This position demands a high degree of initiative and flexibility. Attention to detail and high levels of organisational and communication skills are essential, as are:

  • Strong data entry skills
  • High levels of numeracy
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Good MS Office skills

The role is office-based Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, for an initial training period, after which there is the potential for hybrid working. The client offers excellent benefits including, free on-site parking, a generous pension, and 30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
