Vision for Education is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Headteacher for a Primary school based in maidstone on to its next exciting chapter. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and forward-thinking leader to make a real impact on the lives of pupils, staff, and the wider community.

As Headteacher, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and driving excellence across all aspects of the school. Your focus will be on raising standards, fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment, and empowering staff to achieve their best.

• Provide visionary leadership, setting high expectations for all pupils and staff.
• Drive the school’s improvement strategy to ensure outstanding teaching and learning.
• Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that supports pupil wellbeing and achievement.
• Manage resources effectively, ensuring financial stability and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with staff, parents, and the wider community to enhance the school’s reputation.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and national educational policies.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and NPQH.
• Proven leadership experience within a primary school setting.
• A strong track record of improving educational outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop both staff and pupils.
