We are currently working in partnership with one of the oldest law firms in the world, based in Tunbridge Wells, who are recruiting for a HR Advisor on a permanent contract.

The position is due to start immediately, on a full time basis. The salary rate is negotiable dependant upon experience for this position.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in HR in the professional services industry. They also must have experience of Employee Relations, Recruitment and Change Management.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing efficient, effective, and customer-focused HR services to support Apprenticeships, Trainees, Paralegals, Legal Support, and Business Services staff
  • Covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the firm’s People
  • Strategy and Business Plans
  • Collaborating with the HR team to deliver pragmatic, bespoke, and business-focused
  • HR solutions, while building strong relationships with managers and employees across all levels and departments
  • Contributing to maintaining a professional, engaging, and compliant HR function, ensuring high-quality support and guidance on a range of HR matters and promoting best practices
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employment terms for various staff categories, including Apprenticeships, Trainees, Paralegals, and Business Services employees
