THE ROLE
- Work with, and recruit for, some of the world's leading organisations and brands
- Develop client relationships and win new business.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet technical hiring needs.
- Build a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
- Ensure a great client and candidate experience and stay updated on industry trends.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to improve efficiency.
THE CANDIDATE
Successful candidates will either demonstrate previous recruitment experience or experience working in a proven sales background. We are looking for individuals who are driven, thrive off busy environments and are passionate for success.
