Are you a passionate and dedicated primary teacher with a therapeutic and calming approach? We are seeking an experienced professional to join a unique, family-oriented school that caters to children aged 7 to 11 with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) difficulties, as well as other complex learning needs, including those associated with autistic spectrum disorders and ADHD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to small classes of up to 5 pupils.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, ensuring a supportive environment for each child (1:1 or 2:1 TA support per pupil).
  • Foster a nurturing and therapeutic atmosphere that promotes learning and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with other staff to develop individualized educational plans that meet each pupil's unique needs.
