Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with diverse learning challenges, including those outlined in Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment to promote student well-being.
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students receive holistic support.
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide constructive feedback to all stakeholders.
- Use creative approaches to inspire and motivate students.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience teaching students with special educational needs is highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of SEN strategies and the ability to implement them effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
