- Act as the first point of contact for all customer looking to place product orders
- Processing orders through the internal database
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
- Raising purchase orders
- Preparing documentation
- General administration and data entry
- 1 years’ experience in a similar supply chain/procurement position
- Strong administration and customer service skillset
- Ability to prioritise deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Time management skills
- Maidstone, hybrid working – 1/2 days at home
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
- £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
