Fabulous opportunity for an experienced telemarketer to join a small and friendly team working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in our products/services.
- Qualify leads and gather information to pass on to the sales team.
- Provide product/service information to prospective customers and answer their questions.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives or follow up on leads.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, conversations held, and outcomes.
- Handle customer objections and rejections with professionalism.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, or other channels.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer inquiries.
- Keep management informed about any customer feedback or market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Comfortable working with a CRM system or sales software.
