Audit and Accounts Manager Job Overview
- Deliver audit and accounts assignments in line with current legislation and compliance
- Leading audits from planning through to completion for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Delegate work and mentor your team members to support their learning and development
- Review statutory accounts
- Work closely with your clients to build trusted and long-lasting relationships

Audit and Accounts Manager Job Requirements
- ACCA/ACA qualified or at the final stages of qualification
- A highly competent and organised individual with solid commercial awareness and previous experience within a practice environment
- Extremely motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well within a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Audit and Accounts Manager Salary & Benefits
- 50,000-55,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- 35 hours per week (option to work a 4-day week)
- 5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays
