- Manage the financial records for head office units, including posting journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparing annual statutory accounts.
- Assist in the management of both group and individual audits.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Aid in the production of the group’s comprehensive annual report.
- Help coordinate the preparation of subsidiary financial statements, ensuring consistency with established reporting templates.
- Assist in the integration of newly acquired businesses and handle acquisition accounting as required.
- Help develop and maintain corporate accounting policies and procedures.
- Provide expertise in UK GAAP and offer guidance to other finance team members on accounting matters.
- Draft specialized accounting reports and papers as needed.
- Support the upcoming transition to IFRS accounting standards expected in upcoming years.
- Process improvement.
- ACA or ACCA Qualified having trained in an accountancy practice.Â
